• Chartered Engineer status (MICE or equivalent) – essential.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Significant experience in infrastructure design and project delivery in the UK.
• Strong technical expertise in highways, drainage design (including SuDS), and utility coordination.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Micro Drainage/Info Drainage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire team members.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
