We have 500 employees located in Canada, USA, France, Belgium, Switzerland and the UK. We are looking to recruit a Senior Process Engineer to support our growing operations in the UK. This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option of working from the office or from home, and 50% presence on clients’ site or at the office (London Bridge).

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs, drawings, and specifications (PFDs, P&IDs, mass and heat balances, etc.), for process, process integration and utilities
• Projects in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG markets such as:
  • Pharma / Biopharma:
    Vaccines, biotechnology, cosmetics, API, sterile products, veterinary products, etc…
  • Food & Beverages:
    Process food, pet food, bakery, dairy, ingredients, beer, spirits, juice, soft drink, etc…
• Develop proposals and project scopes, manage contracts, and clients
• Lead technical reviews, challenge assumptions, and ensure design integrity
• Supporting commissioning, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects
• Guide and mentor junior process engineers and graduates
• Work alongside other engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, structural and colleagues in other offices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong leadership, relationship management, organizational planning and project management skills, in addition to technical knowledge
• 5+ years of experience in engineering consulting in the UK Bioindustrial, Food and Beverage manufacturing or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industries, or other relevant sectors
• Comfort working across concept design, detailed engineering, construction supervision, start‑up, commissioning and live operational environments
