Associate Electrical Design Engineer

An International, vibrant and dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy in London are looking for an Associate Electrical Design Engineer due to securing a number of exciting and prestigious projects across the UK and Europe.

You will be working across a broad range of sectors and they are looking for a strong leader who can manage multiple projects whilst being in a client facing position to enable collaboration and a clear and rapid scheme development.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage a team of engineers to inspire them to produce clear designs on exciting projects

Ownership of clients and projects

Manage and control resources and fees on projects to ensure quality, accuracy and effective and timely delivery.

Improve standards and quality of designs by providing advice and technical support to the team to achieve successful design and delivery of projects.

Liaise with internal and external design teams, clients and other third parties.

Lead and assist in the preparation and development of calculations, analysis, details, models, reports, schematics, specifications and layout drawings, etc.

Team project resource costs

Contribute to, and assist in compiling, fee bids for the firm.

Maintain regular contact with existing clients, build on existing relationships and develop new areas of activity.
