Project Director

Overview

Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a Tier 1 contractor specialising in the delivery of utility scale solar and BESS projects to recruit a Project Director, to be based in their London office with weekly site visits. The Project Director role is open to contract and permanent candidates.

• Extensive experience in the power, energy, or renewables sector, with strong knowledge of solar PV and BESS
• Proven leadership of large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects
• Ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commercial and project control skills
• Relevant senior-level qualification (e.g., high-level NVQ, degree)
• Chartered status
• Experience with National Grid or a DNO environment desirable

• 3 days a week in London office, 2 days a week site visits
• Monday-Friday, full time
• Contract or Permanent options available
