Effisus is expanding in the UK market and we’re looking for a driven Specification Manager to help shape the future of sustainable façade and weatherproofing solutions.

As Specification Manager, you will:

Spend 70–80% of your time engaging with architects & consultants
Drive product specifications into major construction projects
Deliver technical presentations and CPD/RIBA-style training
Collaborate closely with technical & commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with architects and consultants
Strong understanding of specification writing & construction documentation
Confident presenter with influencing skills
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
Experience delivering RIBA-approved CPDs is highly valued.
