Project Manager - Industrial

Madison Berkeley are delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate developer and investment manager to appoint a Project Manager to join their London team. The business has an exceptional track record in delivering high-quality industrial schemes across the UK and Europe, with a strong pipeline of projects at various stages of development. London (Hybrid: 4 days office/site, 1 day WFH)

• Support development colleagues on all construction and technical aspects of acquisitions.
• Lead on project delivery from site acquisition through to completion (RIBA 1-7).
• Coordinate external consultants to secure planning and technical consents.
• Prepare tender documentation and oversee procurement.
• Administer construction contracts and manage agreements with occupiers and partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with sustainability goals.

• Proven experience managing new-build industrial developments.
• Strong understanding of the development process and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead external consultants and contractors while collaborating with internal teams.
