SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Brent - ASAP Start - Full Time - Long Term - 90-110 per day (dependent on experience)

  • SEN Teaching Assistant required in Brent
  • SEN Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP
  • SEN Teaching Assistant required to provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with ASD
  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely on a 1:1 basis with a KS2 pupil who has ASD, offering both academic and emotional support throughout the school day. You will help the pupil stay engaged in lessons, promote positive behaviour, and adapt learning activities to suit their individual needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and nurturing in their approach, helping to create a supportive and structured learning environment.

Previous experience working with pupils with SEN is preferred.
