Job Title: KS3 Teacher

A specialist SEN school in Lambeth is looking to appoint a dedicated KS3 Teacher to teach a static Year 7 class
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed KS3 Teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs.

The pupils in this class have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and complex needs
, and require a patient, structured and supportive learning environment. The successful KS3 Teacher will work closely with two experienced Teaching Assistants who are based in the classroom full-time to support learning.

As a KS3 Teacher
, you will:

• Teach a static Year 7 class within KS3
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted for pupils with ASD, SLD and complex needs
• Work collaboratively with two TAs to support pupils  academic and social development
• Create a structured, safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs

• Holds QTS or equivalent
