Master Trainer

Department: Studio Reports to: Head of Studio

The Regional PILAT3S Master Trainer plays a key role in maintaining and elevating the quality of the PILAT3S product across Gymbox. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instructor training to support new studio openings and strengthen instructor teams in established studios. Through workshops, coaching, audits, and ongoing support, the Master Trainer ensures consistency across the product while upholding the highest training and performance standards.

As a brand ambassador for Gymbox and PILAT3S, the Master Trainer must be highly personable, deeply knowledgeable about the product, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills.

• Support the recruitment team by identifying and auditioning potential PILAT3S instructors
• Lead by example by delivering a minimum of three PILAT3S classes per week
• Deliver instructor training, ensuring all instructors have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver classes to the highest standards
• Host instructor workshops and upskilling sessions to support continuous development
• Conduct monthly audits of instructors to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards
• Attend regular meetings with the Head of Studio and Lead trainers
• Support both new studio launches and established studios as required

• Confident, engaging, and personable communicator with the ability to coach and upskill fellow instructors
• Highly organised and punctual, with excellent time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Open to receiving and delivering feedback
• Strong leadership presence with a collaborative mindset

• Strong understanding of Pilates-based movement
• Currently teaching Reformer Pilates classes and/or PILAT3S routines
• Experience in instructor training, mentoring, or education is highly desirable

• Reformer Pilates certification
