Cover Supervisors - required across Newham

If you’re degree-educated or have experience working in schools, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for Cover Supervisors with experience working with KS3, KS4, and KS5 pupils to support secondary schools in Newham.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and set clear expectations for students.
• Support and guide pupils to engage with the pre-set work and reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience working with KS3, KS4, or KS5 learners (this can include non-school-based roles like youth mentoring, coaching, or leading clubs).
• Confident classroom management skills and effective behaviour strategies.
• Resilience, adaptability, and reliability in diverse school environments.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Previous UK work experience in a school or educational setting.

The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
