We are currently seeking reliable and professional Casual Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations during the 2026 exam period. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, attentive to detail and interested in supporting young people within an educational environment.

• Assist the Exams Officer with the day‑to‑day operation of examination venues and processes.
• Assist with the set‑up of examination venues, including laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers.
• Support candidates prior to the start of examinations.
• Ensure examination regulations are followed at all times.
• Invigilate during examinations and respond to candidate queries.
• Deal with examination irregularities in accordance with procedures.
• Check attendance and record details of late arrivals.
• Escort candidates during examinations when required.
• Supervise candidates outside examination venues.
• Collect and collate examination scripts at the end of sessions.
• Assist with the preparation of script envelopes.
• Supervise the orderly exit of candidates from venues.
• Assist with packing and transporting examination materials.
• Support the preparation of seating plans.

• Physical fitness appropriate to the role (bulk exam materials may be heavy and the role involves walking between venues).
