Are you a passionate educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable General Cover Teachers to work across Secondary Schools and Middle Schools in Redditch on a supply basis.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in varied classroom settings and enjoys the flexibility of choosing when and where they work.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Instructors and QTLS holders
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about education

• Covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups KS3-KS4
• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Ensuring a positive learning environment and maintaining behaviour standards
• Flexibility to work in different schools, often with short notice
