Behaviour & Learning Mentor

A welcoming secondary school in South East London is looking for someone to work closely with pupils who need help with behaviour, confidence, and staying engaged in lessons. You'll be part coach, part role model and part problem‑solver.

• Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping them manage routines and stay focused
• Working with pastoral and SEND teams
• Celebrating the small wins that often make the biggest difference

• Experience with young people, either in schools or youth work
• Someone resilient, warm, and consistent
• A genuine belief that every pupil can make progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
