About the Role

The Global Brand and Communications Manager – Clinics and Maternities is responsible for developing, stewarding, and strengthening the MSI clinic network brand across multiple countries in Africa and Asia which includes both women’s health outpatient clinics as well as maternity hospitals. The role ensures that MSI clinics are trusted, recognisable, and consistently experienced as high-quality, client-centred healthcare providers, while allowing for appropriate local adaptation across diverse cultural, regulatory, and market contexts.

This role focuses specifically on how the MSI brand shows up where clients interact with services
—including digital channels, above the line and local marketing—so that brand strategy directly supports client trust, service uptake, and sustainable clinic growth. The Global Brand Manager works closely with country teams, regional and global marketing colleagues, clinical leadership, and operations to ensure brand and service experience are closely aligned.
