We’re looking for an Education Coordinator to join our Education and Talent Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of built environment education, a passion for early careers and apprenticeships, and experience coordinating complex learning programmes.

• Drive engagement with universities and schools – from office visits to sponsor ships and shows
• Coordinate global internships and placements, and help shape our Graduate Show
• Manage architecture and multi-disciplinary apprenticeships across the practice
• Support our Professional Practice Academy
  , CPD programme, and outreach initiatives
• Champion Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) across all education streams
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, and external partners to deliver a seamless learning experience

• Experience in architectural education or professional training delivery
• Knowledge of UK apprenticeship frameworks (Level 6 & 7 ideal)
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Organised, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Able to build positive relationships internally and externally
