About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit, passionate team at Woodside Park, part of Options Autism. • Adaptable and confident working across a variety of classroom roles, indoors and outdoors.
  • Calm, patient, and empathetic, capable of running activities, supervising pupils, or leading outdoor experiences.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, values‑driven school environment.
  • Passionate about making a real difference and committed to helping every pupil succeed.
