• Tracking and analysing data to raise science attainment across KS2

• UK-trained with QTS (essential), primary science passion evident in references
• Good or Outstanding in lesson observations, able to evidence impact
• Motivated to lead as a subject specialist and inspire both pupils and staff
• Data-literate and reflective, always seeking ways to hone practice
• Open to ECTs with science specialism OR strong experienced KS2 teachers with capacity to lead
