An international leading transportation organisation is looking for a Training Designer and Facilitator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves designing and facilitating both technical and interpersonal skills training, ensuring training programs meet business needs and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, effective communication skills, and the ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis.
The position offers a salary up to £55,000 PA with health cover and a discretionary bonus.
