The Ideal Candidate :

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is on track to achieve it.

* Has experience teaching at secondary level, with strong subject knowledge.

* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
