Job Title: Learner Enrolment Coordinator (Apprenticeships)

Location: Hybrid – Remote and Office base work

Salary: £30,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

• To manage and oversee the Apprentice learneronboardingand enrolment process, supporting with the transitioning of learners throughout their learning journey, as well as ensuring that all paperwork is completed compliantly and maintained accurately.
• Review learner files and documentation to confirm onboarding steps are complete and records are accurate within internal systems.
• Check learner eligibility and funding compliance, including reviewing prior learning records and training history.
• Conduct structured onboarding review meetings to confirm learner understanding, assessment outcomes, and eligibility evidence.
• Lead Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) discussions, completing calculations and adjusting planned training where appropriate.
• Ensure key programme documentation (e.g., learning agreements and training plans) is complete and accurate.

• Ideally have experience of working within a similar role within the Apprenticeship/funded learning sector, with a knowledge of ESFA funding rules.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
