The Role - SEN TeacherSeeking a dedicated and reflective SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will plan and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to individual EHCP outcomes, using structured routines and positive behaviour strategies to support engagement and progress. The role involves strong behaviour management, collaborative planning with therapy and support teams, and creating a calm, inclusive learning environment where pupils can build resilience, independence and confidence.
