We are recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join an "Outstanding" Special School in Lambeth as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a specialist SEN setting. You will work alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs and external professionals, receiving valuable on‑the‑job training to support a future career in psychology, therapy, or education.

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant

• Supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assisting class teachers with tailored support strategies
• Working within a supportive and inclusive SEN environment

• Recent Psychology Graduate
• Passionate about child development and inclusive education
• Experience with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• Keen to gain practical SEN experience
• Able to commit full-time in Lambeth
