Languages Teaching Assistant; French & Spanish

Pay: £145–£150 per day

Axcis Education is currently recruiting an experienced Languages Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role based in a secondary school in Greenwich, South East London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

• Supporting students in French and Spanish across the curriculum
• Working closely with pupils who have SEND, using appropriate strategies to support learning
• Assisting teachers in the classroom and providing targeted student support
• Completing administrative tasks, where strong language skills will be required
• Working flexibly in a busy school environment and adapting to changing demands

• Fluent in both French and Spanish (one may be stronger than the other)
• Has experience working with students with SEND or a strong understanding of SEND strategies
• Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate flexibility
• Organised, proactive, and confident supporting both academic and administrative tasks
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable
