Salary: MPS / UPS plus SEN Allowance

Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time / Maternity Cover

Location: Tilehurst, Reading RG31

The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Classroom Teachers to join a thriving SEN provision from January 2026, with further opportunities available in April 2026. Roles are offered on a full-time, part-time, or fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Our pupils, aged 419, have diverse needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, and Severe Learning Difficulties. We provide creative and outstanding teaching in an environment that enables all pupils to shine, achieve their full potential, and develop essential life skills for independence and happiness.

The Role
  • As a Classroom Teacher, you will :
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Lead a team of dedicated support staff.
  • Plan, prepare, assess, and report on pupil progress.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers.
  • Support pupils in accessing a personalised curriculum.
