A leading education support agency is seeking a Pastoral Support Mentor to join a specialist SEMH secondary school in Newham. In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small-group pastoral support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Your responsibilities will include helping pupils develop emotional regulation strategies, de-escalating challenging situations, and contributing to individual welfare plans. Candidates must be empathetic, resilient, and have experience working with young people in a similar context.
