You’ll work closely with the Course Director and academic colleagues to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation across all areas of learning, teaching and assessment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Academic Leadership- Lead curriculum design, validation and continuous improvement
- Oversee assessment standards, moderation and feedback quality
- Contribute to annual monitoring and quality assurance processes
- Support examination boards and academic governance
- Deliver a full teaching load across your specialist area
- Create engaging, inclusive, and industry‑relevant learning experiences
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students
- Embed reflective practice, chunked learning, and experiential teaching methods
- Support recruitment and admissions
- Develop industry links and professional partnerships
- Contribute to staff development and cross‑college initiatives
- Engage in research, scholarly activity, or professional practice
- Relevant BA and postgraduate qualification (or equivalent professional experience)
- Teaching qualification (PGCert or equivalent)
- Proven Higher Education teaching and assessment experience
- Curriculum design and quality management expertise
- Experience leading or managing education provision
- PhD or higher research degree
- Fellowship (or higher) of Advance HE
- Strong industry networks that enhance student employability
- Student‑centred, career‑driven philosophy
