What You’ll Be Doing:

* Leading and managing a large SEN team including TAs and specialists

* Overseeing EHCP implementation, annual reviews, and external agency liaison

* Driving high-quality teaching and targeted intervention for SEND pupils

* Analysing data to evaluate provision and improve outcomes

* Advising and coaching teachers on inclusive classroom practice

* Working closely with parents to ensure strong communication and partnership
