A forward-thinking SEN and SEMH school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for individuals interested in careers in psychology, youth work, social work, counselling, or education.
The school supports children and young people aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve personal growth.
You will play a key role in supporting positive behaviour strategies, emotional regulation, and social development, both inside and outside the classroom. Your presence will provide consistency, encouragement, and structure to students who thrive with strong, supportive role models.
