A rewarding role supporting the wellbeing, behaviour and personal development of learners in a large, diverse, high‑performing all‑through setting.

This is a mixed 4-18 all‑through academy with a strong reputation for high expectations, excellent behaviour, inclusive values and a structured, supportive environment.

You will work closely with year teams, safeguarding staff and senior leaders to support behaviour, attendance, emotional wellbeing and daily pastoral routines across the school community.

• Support pupils with behaviour, wellbeing and engagement needs
• Assist with attendance monitoring and follow‑up
• Contribute to safeguarding practices and pastoral interventions
• Build positive, professional relationships with students, staff and families
• Uphold school policies and maintain a safe, structured environment

• Experience in pastoral, youth work or education settings
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and consistently
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• A proactive, resilient and empathetic approach
