A welcoming and faith-centred Catholic primary school in Brent is seeking an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join the team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about high-quality teaching and Religious Education, and who would be willing to join the school's RE Lead Team.

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum
• Deliver high-quality Religious Education in line with Catholic teachings and diocesan guidance
• Support the development and monitoring of RE across the school as part of the RE Lead Team
• Contribute to the Catholic life and mission of the school
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure all children reach their potential
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders, and the parish community
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including liturgies, collective worship, and school events

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Experience leading or supporting Religious Education in a Catholic school - highly desirable
• Understanding that RE in a Catholic school differs significantly from non-Catholic settings
• Willingness to undertake (or already hold) the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks
• High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
