Position: SEN Teacher (SEMH/ASD/ADHD)
Location: Greater London

Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Do you want a role where your expertise makes a real difference every day?

We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team and help pupils thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs
  • Lead classroom management with confidence, ensuring a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and pastoral teams to provide holistic support
  • Track and assess pupil progress, contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support wellbeing and engagement
What we’re looking for:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN settings highly desirable
  • Calm, adaptable, and skilled at supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Strong communicator with excellent leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills
  • Ready to make an immediate impact and lead positive outcomes for pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
