Due to continued growth within the Construction and Engineering provision, the college is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Lecturer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing lecturer who is passionate about developing the next generation of tradespeople.

The Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Plumbing qualifications, supporting students to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Working within well-equipped workshops and industry-standard facilities, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Level 1–3 Plumbing programmes
Support and motivate learners to achieve and progress
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Work collaboratively within a supportive construction team

The Ideal Candidate

Level 5 teaching qualification (Level 3 minimum)
Recognised plumbing trade qualification
Industry experience within Plumbing
Passion for education and developing learners
Strong organisational and communication skills
