Role Description

This is a full-time Nursery Educator position based on-site in the United Kingdom. The Nursery Educator will create and implement engaging learning activities aligned with the curriculum, promote a nurturing and inclusive environment, and support the developmental needs of children. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily schedules, observing, and documenting children s progress, fostering communication with families, and ensuring the children’s safety and well-being.

The role also involves contributing to the collaborative and reflective culture of the nursery.

Qualifications
  • Experience in early years education, child development, and curriculum implementation
  • Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with children, families, and team members
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for fostering learning and growth in young children
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and reflect on practices to improve learning experiences
  • Relevant early years qualification (Level 2 or 3 or above preferred) or equivalent experience
  • First Aid, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety certifications are desirable
  • Proficiency in promoting inclusive education and valuing diversity within a classroom setting
