Position: Psychology Graduates - Teaching Assistant Roles
Location: Greater London

We’re looking for thoughtful, motivated psychology graduates who want to put their learning into practice. You’ll be supporting pupils across mainstream classrooms - helping them focus, feel understood and thrive day to day.

Whether you’re exploring a future in educational psychology, teaching, or mental health, this is a brilliant stepping stone that offers real, impactful experience with children and young people.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping children stay engaged, regulated and confident in their learning

  • Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create inclusive learning environments

  • Encouraging social skills, focus and resilience

  • Bringing patience, empathy and a good sense of humour every day

What you’ll need:
  • A psychology degree (or be working towards one)

  • Some experience with children or young people (school, tutoring, childcare, volunteering all count!)

  • A calm, consistent approach and bags of emotional intelligence

  • A genuine interest in education and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
