Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reception SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools in the Nectarine Class, starting 23 February 2026 (with a confirmed start after half-term). This role involves supporting pupils with special educational needs in Reception, helping them to access learning and thrive in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities- Full-time, term-time only
- Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and tailored interventions
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Must have prior experience working with children with SEN needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting young learners
