SEN Teacher (Outstanding Special School) Folkestone | Full - Time | ASC Are you a passionate and dynamic SEN Teacher looking to make a profound difference? We are seeking an energetic, compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join an Outstanding (Ofsted) all-through special school in Folkestone, supporting learners aged 3-19 with Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) and a broad range of profound, complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN), physical and multiple learning difficulties.

About the Role:

SEN Teacher Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated learning experiences that meet the needs of pupils with a wide range of SEN profiles. Develop personalised learning pathways that support access, progress and achievement across the curriculum. Foster strong, positive relationships with pupils, creating a nurturing, structured environment where every learner feels safe, included and valued. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and external professionals to deliver holistic, multi-disciplinary support.

Contribute to EHCP outcomes through assessment, reporting and reviewing pupil progress and development. This role is ideal for someone committed to inclusive education , who thrives on challenge and innovation, and who wants to help pupils achieve their fullest potential both academically and personally. About You ? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ? Experience working with pupils with complex SEN (ideally in a specialist or enhanced support context) ?

Strong behaviour for learning strategies and a flexible, creative approach to teaching ? Excellent communication skills with pupils, families and multi-agency teams ?
