There are two pupils requiring 1:1 support for mild behavioural needs, and there is a strong likelihood of up to three adults in the classroom, ensuring excellent support throughout the day.

The school places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and work-life balance. Staff meetings take place once a week on Mondays (4:30-5:00pm), with no additional meetings. Teachers benefit from 2.5 hours of PPA time, scheduled from 8:30am to 11:00am, allowing focused planning and assessment time.
