Teacher Active is working closely with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hackney to recruit a committed Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across the school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing primary setting.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Support pupils with additional learning needs to access the curriculum

• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting

• Is patient, enthusiastic, and reliable

• Works well as part of a team

• Has a genuine interest in supporting children’s education

• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS

• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 for support

• GPS (Terms and Conditions apply)

• CPD courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel
