We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Greenwich. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and is ready to start as soon as possible. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' educational experiences.

• Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the head teacher and class teachers.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programs for students and help monitor their progress.
• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
• Work with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, as necessary.
• Assist class teachers with maintaining student records.
• Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role preferred.
• Strong understanding of classroom activities and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable manner to deal with students with different educational needs in a diverse classroom setting.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
