Are you passionate about education and supporting young people in their learning journey? A mainstream college in Plumstead, SE18 is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with experience in classrooms and SEND to join their team.

• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration:
  Ongoing

• Provide tailored support to students with SEND needs in a classroom setting.
• Assist in Hair and Beauty courses, ensuring students remain engaged and confident in their learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials for individual student requirements.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Experience:
  
  Proven classroom and SEND support experience is essential.
• Knowledge/Interest: A background, qualification, or keen interest in Hair and Beauty is a bonus.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students.
