About the Role:

You will work across KS1 or KS2 (depending on your strengths), supporting learning and gradually developing your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils in class to help them access learning
Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
Providing targeted support for children who need extra help
Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
Supporting pupils with SEND or EAL where required
Helping manage behaviour positively and consistently
Observing high-quality teaching and learning from experienced teachers
Gaining hands-on experience in planning and delivering short activities
