As a Trainer
, you will support the planning, delivery, and documentation of all training activities at our Ostrava site. You will conduct theoretical and practical training sessions, support the onboarding of new employees, maintain the training documentation system, and work closely with the Training Lead and operational teams. You will play a key part in building a safe, knowledgeable, and efficient workforce. This is a full-time, on‑site position.

You are someone who enjoys teaching and guiding others. You communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and take pride in delivering structured, high-quality training. You are motivated by helping people succeed and improving training processes over time.

• Participate in planning, delivering, and documenting training sessions.
• Conduct onboarding training and support the integration of new employees through theoretical and practical instruction.
• Provide training and re‑training for DP World employees across relevant operational areas.
• Operate and maintain the training and documentation system (DMS), including archiving all required materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule training activities.
• Support the preparation and updating of educational and training materials.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment throughout all training activities.
• Help evaluate employee performance from a training perspective and manage related documentation.
• Continuously improve the training process based on feedback and operational needs.
• Support audit preparation and provide documentation to the Quality Manager as required.
• Participate in weekly meetings and provide continuous feedback to your supervisor.
• Update team boards regularly and support communication within the training and operational teams.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor that align with your skills and competencies.

• Provide the appropriate level and quality of training for all DP World employees.
• Support company policies, quality goals, and the development of the education system.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Maintain clear, open, and professional communication with colleagues.
• Protect personal data and manage documents in accordance with data protection rules.

• Secondary education
• Written and spoken English (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a clear, structured teaching approach
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training tasks
• Patience and professionalism in challenging situations
• Commitment to responsibility, reliability, and safety
• Proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement
• Ability to follow DP World standards, regulations, and processes

• Experience in training or onboarding roles
• Knowledge of logistics or warehouse processes
• Familiarity with documentation systems (e.g., DMS)
• Understanding of QHSE, 5S, or similar standards
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and independence
