Location: Greater London
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, and other professionals to provide holistic support
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure every child reaches their potential
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in schools, PRUs, or care settings
- Strong understanding of strategies to support children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people
