Overview
Reflection Room Supervisor role at Greig City Academy. The post is attached to a 40-week contract. Salary:
Point 12 on the NJC pay scale for outer London, £28,662 per annum (calculated to reflect working hours; full-time rate £32,533).
- Supervise the reflection room from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Coordinate student work on MS Teams and provide one-to-one and small-group mentoring to support and improve student behaviour.
- Work as a member of the pastoral team; provide regular feedback, including weekly data, on the work in the reflection room.
- Utilise strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills; contribute to raising students achievement and motivation.
- Experience of working in a secondary school.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A teaching or relevant SEN/inclusion qualification would be an advantage.
