Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Bromley
TLTP is currently working with a Kent-based primary school that is looking to recruit a level 3 teaching assistant to support KS1 students. This will be a full‑time, long‑term position beginning February 2026 and ending July 2026.
Key Details- Level 3 teaching assistant qualification required
- Full‑time role
- KS1 students (ages 3‑11)
- Long‑term position (till July 2026)
- Engage children in the classroom and provide additional concentration and development of learning.
- Build relationships with pupils that support them in the process of learning.
- Communicate effectively and assist in the learning of students.
- Bond with children to create healthy relationships and support their learning.
- Have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
This Kent-based primary school provides education to children ages 3‑11, sits approximately a 10‑minute walk from the nearest station and offers on‑site parking for drivers. The school promotes a positive and work‑driven environment that fosters responsibility among staff and students alike.
