Remedy Education are working with one of the top SEN schools in Tower Hamlets
. The school is genuinely passionate about giving the best possible support and education to the children they work with and are now looking for an S Behaviour Assistant to start January
.

This is a varied role. You will be on call across the school
, stepping in where extra support is needed in classrooms. Outside of this, you'll be working 1:1 or 1:2 with SEN pupils
, mentoring them and supporting their behaviour, emotional regulation, and wellbeing
.

You'll be supporting students with challenging behaviour
, so confidence, consistency, and a calm approach are key.

Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure

Physically active and comfortable in a hands-on role

Positive attitude and mindset

Confident using behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques

Experience with
restraint / positive handling (Team Teach or similar)

This is a rewarding but demanding role
