What the Cover Supervisor Role Involves:

* Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher

* Ensuring students stay on task with the work already set

* Managing behaviour in line with school policies

* Covering a range of subjects when required

* Keeping the classroom calm, focused, and safe

You are not required to plan or deliver lessons — just ensure learning continues smoothly.
