Qualiteach are working with a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Newham who are seeking a committed and skilled Specialist Provision Leader to lead their on-site specialist provision. The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have strong experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD and complex learning needs.

You will be responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day leadership of the provision, working closely with the SENCo, SLT, staff, and external professionals to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and pastoral support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusion, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a clear understanding of SEND best practice.
