What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Spearheading an inspiring, impact-driven SEND strategy across the school
  • Leading the identification, assessment, and support of pupils with SEND
  • Shaping and guiding teaching staff to deliver outstanding inclusive practice
  • Overseeing EHC plans, reviews, reporting, and external agency liaison
  • Cultivating exceptional relationships with parents, carers, and external partners
  • Tracking SEND data and driving measurable improvement in outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Qualified teacher with National Award in SEND Coordination (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' SENDCO experience, ideally with leadership exposure
  • Track record of exemplary SEND provision and successful inspection outcomes
  • Dynamic communicator: able to influence, support, and upskill colleagues
  • Visionary thinker, passionate about inclusive, aspirational education
  • Warm, resilient, and solution-focused under pressure
