Position: School Improvement Lead – Senior Practitioner (Contract)

They are seeking experienced school leaders and senior practitioners ready to extend their expertise beyond their own classroom or department.

Who we’re looking for:
Professionals with recent school experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes at departmental, faculty, or whole-school level as:

* Middle Leaders / Heads of Department

* Lead Practitioners

* Senior Leaders of Education (SLEs)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

* Working directly with schools to improve teaching quality and pupil outcomes

* Coaching and mentoring teachers and middle leaders to strengthen classroom practice

* Supporting departments and leadership teams to embed evidence-informed strategies

* Using examiner insight and assessment expertise to help schools refine curriculum, pedagogy, and exam readiness

* Delivering professional development, modelling best practice, and driving sustainable improvement
